Using persuasion, frightening words or threats to make "altar call" by some of the preachers in churches/crusades without allowing the Word of God to convict people to the extent that they willingly give their lives to Christ does not produce the necessary impact or fruits of true repentance on our new converts thereby continuing to increase the size of our churches/memberships without a corresponding increase in the kingdom of God. I think this is as the result of the fact that they have taken the work of the Holy Spirit upon themselves. Please, let the Holy Spirit do His work and do your own part of dividing the Word of God!
