Using some band tekkers at Prime to improve push-up positioning/assistance, assist pull-up power and work through full ROM in the pistol squat! All essential movements in the JK Way! Been fairly quiet the last few sessions so dont let this one go folks...the Prime sessions are simply indispensable for building strength, stability and ROM in advanced bodyweight movements - as well as making you a more fluid, flexible machine! Trust me, even the big lifters would be humbled by the strength work ;-) Get on it! :-) JK
