Using the weight of your body to sculpt your body, is the practice Ive been doing for the past couple of months. And recently, Ive had some people ask me about what moves they can do to target their abs... Im a fan of non-traditional ab work, cant really tolerate regular crunches, I get bored easily, plus I feel like it puts more emphasis on my neck rather than my abs. Love using leverage to work my core, this type of workout is designed to do just that :) give it a try! If you feel like you are about to fall backwards... youre doing it right ;)
