What else do you need to know Sir, Buhari sworn an affidavit that his credentials are with the military Secretary on demand for the purpose of military pension exercise.... As a law abiding citizen he did what the law requires by depositing a court affidavit without interrupting the military authoritys exercise..... Remember that photocopies of documents are not certified true copies of same until they are certified by the statutory authority ( Commissioner for Oath etc) thus cannot be admissible or presented as replacement of same ..... As at the time of INEC exercise Buharis credentials were with the military authority thus he did what is required of him by law. If he had neively presented photocopies and he was asked to provide the original for sighting it would have been a different issue by now....hope from today we All learnt that whenever we are required to present our credentials we should first go to the commissioner for oath for a Certified True Copy because photocopies arent legal documents until they are certified by an appropriate authority..... Shame on bigots
