Usually, I post a list of my 10 favorite albums of the year. This year, however, I got really behind due in no small part to listening to The Beatles practically non-stop for 2 months. Thus, instead for the next few days Ill just post a bunch of songs I thought were pretty cool and hope you do too. Im an unapologetic Devin fanboy. He could unload an hours worth of fart noises and Id buy it and tell everyone it was the most genius album of ever. He hasnt yet but his current release, double-album, Z2 is wonderful. The Sky Blue side is, arguably, the better half featuring his deft combination of proggy, pop-metal that wouldnt be out of place on any rock radio station. Side 2 is a heavier, manic and zany continuation of his Ziltoid storyline and though this half is a bit fan-centric its still a worthy addition to his ouvre.
