Usually on Sunday afternoons, after a very full morning at church, and a tasty lunch, I go home, sit down in my comfy Lazy Boy, and...off I go into a, normally, two hour nap. Well, this Sunday, today, I decided to run errands instead after church, so I skipped the nap. The results were that, when we came home, ate dinner, settled in for an excellent episode of Doc Martin, and then, while trying to decide between Columbo or something else, I dropped into a sound slumber that went from approximately 8:00 PM until midnite. And now, now its after 1:00 and I am wide awake, sitting at my Mac and listening to a fine mix of Van the Man, Ray Charles and James Taylor. So, the way Im looking at it, whether your nap is in the afternoon, or in the evening, its a win/win either way.
