Usually the people interviewed at the back of the Radio Times are anodyne, but Ken Stott is excoriating. On the Tower poppies: I was very annoyed to see a 13-year-old boy in military fatigues putting in the last poppy. I thought it was a disgusting image. On reality TV: It could drop off the side of a cliff and wed all be better off for it. On SFX: Whenever I see pointless use of special effects I reach for something else. On BBCs recent political coverage: The establishment is a dirty, dangerous beast and the BBC is a mouthpiece for that. Even the Quickfire, where they ask folk to choose between two poor alternatives: Downton or Peaky Blinders? Neither; Strictly or X Factor? Neither; Eastenders or Coronation Street? Neither. Rugby or football? Neither. More like that please, RT!
