Usys & Lions Gym have organised another strongman competition - Deadlift Competition. Please support this event as the Sevdars have worked hard to put this together. DO YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF AS A STRONGMAN/WOMAN? If so get yourself entered! The competition will be in honour of the Char Sahibzade on 7th December 2014 Falcon Sports Centre, Slough. Please note: 1) Donate as much as you can as all proceeds go to Seva84 . Who handle with the Shaheed parivaars, buliding rehabiliation centres and constant support for families. 2) Create HEALTHY competition between all brothers from different areas, regardless of gym/caste and area. 3) Create unity,exchange training routines, and help push each other to there best lift. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... Honour our beloved Char Sahibzade who at there tender age gave there lives with such beauty to let our Sikhi flourish.
