Utility Work to Affect Corona Drive Traffic The City of Corpus Christi Traffic Engineering office advises residents on Thursday, March 20, 2014; weather permitting, city contractors will conduct utility work on eastbound Corona Drive near the Everhart Road intersection. While work is ongoing, Corona Drive will be reduced to one lane for traffic and one left turning lane. The center lane approaching Everhart Road will be closed to traffic. Work is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Traffic control devices will guide motorists through the construction site. Motorists should expect delays and if possible seek alternate routes or avoid the area. Access to local driveways will be maintained throughout the duration of the project.
