Utopia and Nature Control: I like nature myself. I like to watch - TopicsExpress

Utopia and Nature Control: I like nature myself. I like to watch the birds and this is a sad story. I always hated it when some predator managed to nab one of my chickens especially when it was just for sport so to speak. I have killed a couple of chicken killing dogs. I hated to do that but their owners would not keep them under control and off my property. I have lost thirty-fourty chickens to dogs who just killed them for the fun of it. I would kill a man who was doing the same thing. There has to be respect for nature, life and property. The world is full of these types of conflicts. It was designed to be that way. God gave us the wood, oil, gas, coal, and wind to use as we need. Some abuse the gift and need to be straightened out sure. Everyone needs to have some respect for all of creation and fulfill the stewardship given to Adam. We should be good stewards that dress and keep the garden of gifts we have been given. There are no perfect solutions that save us from conflict and death. Anyone who tries to sell that lie should be laughed out of town. You cannot control the nature of a man or beast unless it submits. That is the way it is. Agency is the law of the land for better or for worse. Mutual Respect is all that is really asked of us to live in freedom.--Gunny Barton, Ret. Excerpt: The last sighting of a white-throated needletail was 22 years ago. A relative of the common swift, it is said to be capable of flying at an astonishing 106mph. The bird was thousands of miles off course when it was originally spotted in Northumberland, before traveling further north. But it hadn’t reckoned on the wind turbine hazards of the Hebrides when it landed on the Isle of Harris.
