Utterly disgusted with the poor display of managerial skills at the Long John Silvers/ A&W restaurant located at the Cresona Mall. I was accused of stealing a root beer mug!!!! I clearly said I wanted to buy one when I ordered and the very nice cashier misinterpreted what I wanted! Kemmy, the manager, said she took down my license number and was calling the police, EVEN AFTER the cashier admitted that she misinterpreted what I said. The cashier HEARD me say I wanted to buy a mug, but did not ring me up for it apparently!!! Whose fault is that??? I thought I bought the damn mug.
