Uttoxeter Leisure Centre Redevelopment Weekly Update: This week has seen the continuation of the steel link building, along with the additional sections of swimming pool roofing. A specalist swimming pool plant contractor has also been on site this week, continuing with adjustments to the swimming pool tank. Site manager Steve said” This week the framework which forms the new link block has continued to be erected, the structure is now further towards forming what will be the new front of the building and entrance area. Over the coming weeks the concrete slab will be laid forming the new floor footprint of the link block. Work on the swimming pool roof structure continues and over the coming weeks several new layers will be added to form what will be the final swimming pool roof structure” We look forward to bringing you further updates and pictures next week.
