Uuuggghh!!! Appointment at 8:30 in ortho, but x rays first, no at Cray department they say, u need an order , go bck to ortho tell them u need an order, my BLOOD PRESSURE IS RISING,,, I kindly said please call over to orth & ask to hv an order be made. Will after Cray receptionist call ortho, ... The phone rang for a long time, she calls three times thn , finally an answer. Ortho said yes we will put in order. Whew. But... Receptionist says you have to go bck to ortho to make sure they get order in , cuz they will get died tract & forget!!!! What!??? So the third time we walk bck all the way across to ortho , taken deep breaths, in ortho, I inform them we send bck from xray department , did u send an order after your conversation with xray department. She said oh, let me put in order. Uuugghh!! Then ortho nurse come out & ask us did doctor order an xray??? OMG!!! Let my day go smoothly from now .. please.
