Sales and Marketing Administrator Our client the sales of bottled water to corporates is lookin for individuals to spearhead their sales and marketing activities. Principal Responsibilities of Position: 1. Hold overall responsibility for the sales and marketing department of the business and provide analysis, planning, scheduling, and coordination of duties to ensure timely completion of set goals. Planning and implementing strategies including advertising and PR . 2. Develop key sales accounts and achieving set target for local and export market. 3. Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database. 4. Establish and maintain contact with potential clients. 5. Source , select and negotiate for the best purchase packages in terms of quality , price , terms, deliveries and services with suppliers . 6. Planning and managing inventory levels of stocked items with due regard to demand and lead times. 7. Assist in sales and promotion efforts. 8. Develop sales incentives. 9. Create and analyze reports to identify potential operational deficiencies and take corrective actions. 10. Use benchmarking and best practice information to gain industry knowledge on continuous improvement techniques and provide training to staff on the related topics 11. Perform other duties as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Understand the sales and marketing operational efficiencies . 2. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources 3. Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts 4. Ability to maintain positive employee morale 5. Understand administrative procedures and systems 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills 7. Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies 8.8. Effective in prioritizing and executing tasks EXPERIENCE: 1. At least 5 years of relevant experience with well-rounded business acumen is preferred. 2. Entrepreneurship or work experience in small companies and/or start-ups is a plus.
