V mesecu decembru na Zemljo začnejo prihajati močnejše energije, ki dosežejo svoj vrhunec okoli Božiča. Te energije znajo potencirat vse kar se skriva v človekovi notranjosti- dobro in zlo. Marsikdo v tem času postane osamljen, depresiven, črnogled, itd...V tem času je največ samomorov, ker se ljudje ne znajo, ne zmorejo ali nočejo soočiti s tem- podzavestni vzorci ali kot bi rekli psihiatri- psiha... Loneliness If you feel loneliness, it is because you are seeking fulfillment, happiness, etc. in an exterior source outside yourself, such as another person, rather than seeking first within yourself where God resides. Jesus said, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven, and all will be added unto you.” That is, peace, joy and happiness are within, in the Divine Self, which is the core of your personality. Sai Baba, at the very beginning of His Discourses, addresses the audience as Embodiments of the Divine Atma, or Embodiments of Divine Love. He has said, “The difference between you and me is that I know that I am God, but you are not aware that you are also God.” “Be still and know that I am God, Jesus said. When you are feeling lonely, you have fallen from your Divine Self into an inferior state of consciousness. Do some positive affirmations about Self Love, such as, “I totally love and approve of myself,””I do not have to seek love and approval from others,””I choose to love myself as God loves me, unconditionally,””It is fine to be in a loving relationship with other(s), but not essential to my happiness,””My unconditional love toward myself and ability to live happily is more dependable than that of others who may love me more or less at different times,” and “It is only the faulty thinking of my ego that causes me not to love myself.” Derived from Soul Psychology, Dr. Joshua D.
