VA update for 11/14/14: Just got off the phone with them again. I think they enjoy this crap. So now all the dates are back in my records including 10/6/14 which is now when they loaded the physicals information into my virtual file. Other than that absolutely nothing has been done and they have made no other progress on a 10 year old appeal. I am not sure if they can tell when it goes to a rating officer or not if they can tell when a SSOC is issued as one person says they can automatically and another says only if they enter it into the computer. I dont think they are sure themselves. Needless to say it appears they are in no hurry to do their jobs. I will probably have to fight them tooth and nail to get the backpay they owe me too, but I would be happy to simply have the right decision made for now.
