VACANCIES The College of the Transfiguration has vacancies for two critical positions in its Administration: 1. College Registrar/Treasurer: the suitable candidate will have at least a bachelors degree in Accounting and Administration; must be familiar with the higher education management systems and policies; must be a proven leader and manager; also serves as secretary of Council and therefore must be familiar with the Companies Act and good governance. The candidate must understand the Anglican Church and be sympathetic to the church’s teachings. This is a senior position and as such, will require experience of at least 5 years in financial and strategic management. AVAILABLE: As soon as possible REMUNERATION: competitive 2. College Secretary: this is suitable for a candidate with, preferably, a B degree in public management, and with training in office management systems and administration, ICT, Minutes and report writing. Knowledge of the higher education policies essential. The candidate must also be a planner, administrator and manager, with special interest in Leadership.
