VACANCIES The iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) is the leading Land provider and Real Estate services in Fiji. TLTB invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions. 1. SENIOR ESTATE OFFICER (Lautoka) The successful applicant will work closely with the Regional Manager to plan, direct and control the activities of the Region’s annual work plan and to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to Landowners and Tenants in the region. Key Accountabilities are: Management of the regions operations and resources; Participating in the preparation of the Region’s budgets, reports and forecasts; Meeting cost reduction/containment and workload targets; Providing quality customer service to TLTB’s external clients and to internal clients of the Region; Contributing to efficient work practices, sharing of information and proposing improvements; Represent TLTB in Landowners’ meetings, advice on the TLTB Act, TLTB Strategic Corporate Plan and priority areas; Monitor the Region’s contribution and achievements against the TLTB Strategic Corporate Plan. Minimum Qualifications and Selection Criteria: Degree in Land Management & Development/ Real Estate or equivalent. Postgraduate degree would be an advantage; 8 years advanced experience in a relevant technical/professional field and other experience of a broad nature; Have a good understanding of strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation processes; Excellent report writing skills, analytical skills, interpersonal skills and people management skills; High degree of computer literacy; A Registered Valuer and holds a valid Driving License. Salary: Grade 8 of the TLTB Salary Scale 2. LANDOWNERS AFFAIRS OFFICER (x3) The successful applicants will attend to the requirements of landowners/customers and ensures that services provided address all customer expectations while protecting the interest of the Board. The three (3) positions will each be based at the TLTB Regional Offices in Nadi, Lautoka and Labasa. Key Accountabilities are: Promoting a healthy relationship with all customers by establishing an efficient line of communication; Continuously verifying the accuracy of all landowner accounts and ensuring that financial transactions are posted on time; Receive any concerns made by these customers and liaise with other functional units to ensure they are attended to; Continuously liaise with the clients to determine their immediate and future requirements in terms of land related products and propose strategies for TLTB consideration; Participating in the establishment and achievement of the unit’s objectives, policies, client management strategies and case management programs within the context of the overall regional goals, and target setting; Participating in the preparation of the unit’s work schedules, budgets, reports and forecasts; Providing quality customer service to TLTB’s internal and external customers. Minimum Qualifications and Selection Criteria: Degree in Land/ Resource Management, Financial/ Business Management; Minimum of 3 years work experience including entrepreneurial experience; Must be well-versed in iTaukei customs and/or protocols; High degree of verbal and report writing skills; High degree of computer literacy; Must hold a Valid Driver’s License.
