VACANCY ADVERTISEMENT POSITION: SERVICE MANAGER BRANCH: TZANEEN KEY OUTPUTS: • Ensure an efficient and focussed customer service in a multi franchise passenger car workshop (Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Chrysler Jeep Dodge) • Manage the team • Manage the operations (debt collection, invoicing, quoting, warranty claims, productivity, customer satisfaction) • Adherence to DCSA/Company processes and systems KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Customer orientation • Sound knowledge of processes and systems • Must have financial planning skills, strategic planning skills, excellent CSI • A self-driven and service oriented person • You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership competencies and the ability to interact with all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity. • Must be operational on the DFE / Kerridge system QUALIFICATIONS: • Matric • Must have at least 5 years experience in the automotive industry with strong automotive industry knowledge and luxury brand knowledge • To have contactable references and good track record We are committed to creating a workplace which provides an opportunity for all employees and potential employees to fully optimise their potential by working for an Employer of Choice.
