To consider and approve the short, medium development plans and exploration and long-term field, including work programs and annual budgets according to the technical business plan assets. 2) Operations: To coordinate, support and monitor all activities in OML 126 and projects for tanks, surface and subsurface production, processing facilities, pipelines, pumping stations and drilling operations. To coordinate all technical and commercial activities and negotiations on issues of equity. 3) reports: To analyze and report monthly, quarterly forecasts and annual production and capital and actual expenditure against budget. 4) Commercial: To represent the interests of companies OML 126 at the highest level of management committee. Job Requirements At least 15 years in oil / gas ratio experience in the industry: technical, operational, commercial, 5 years of management experience.
