VACANCY AT SUNNYMONEY POST:Logistics Officer Positions (Lilongwe and Mzuzu) Context This is a unique opportunity to jDoin an innovative,ambitious organization, which is selling solar lights across Malawi, bringing electricity to rural households and reducing reliance on fuels such as paraffin, candles and cheap battery torches. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of helping an emerging organisation develop and be personally committed to the Organisation’s mission and objectives. Essential job functions · Processing orders to completion · Timely dispatch of stock including deliveries across the Region · Maintaining and updating stock records up to date · Ensuring safe custody and full accountability for all sales cash · Reconciling sales cash with accounts office · Attending to customer queries and faults · Tidying the warehouse making sure that it is clean and every item is in the right order Requirements: · Minimum qualification of Malawi School Certificate of Education MSCE with strong credit in mathematics · Proven computer ability (email, word and excel) · Valid Driving Licence with at least two years of experience · Oral and Written English Fluency · Physically fit to carry boxes up to 25 Kg Skills: maturity, integrity, oral communications,team player, energetic, positive thinking, · Ability to work on evenings and weekends if required · Flexibility to travel across the region if required Desirable: · Certificate in Purchasing & Supply or Accounting or Business Administration · Experience using accounting software (SAGE, Quickbooks, etc.) · Good knowledge of the North or Central Region Geography How to apply: Applications with detailed CV and copies of Academic qualifications should be sent by email to smmalawi@yahoo or delivered in person to SunnyMoney: · Mzuzu (Sunbird Mzuzu Hotel office complex room #12 ) OR · Lilongwe Area 3, Opposite DC offices next to Deekay suppliers gray building 2nd floor room #13 Deadline to apply: July 30th 2014 Reply to sender .
