VACANCY: Administration and HR Executive Deadline: 30 September, 2014 To provide strategic administrative, leadership and support the organisations strategy in the areas of Membership, HR, and Curriculum Development (Diplomas). Reporting to: Executive Director Key Responsibilities Administration - general administration of the Institute, maintain suitable premises/office accommodation, supplies of furniture and equipment and Service consumables for officers in liaison with the Director who will approve. Membership - Administer policies and procedures for both primary and professional membership in consultation with the Director. Design programmes to attract and retain members. Student/Diplomas - Administer Diploma polices for students including process of and approval of applications. Organise student calendars for assignments, examinations in all centres and graduation ceremonies. Work with finance on fees structure. Council meetings/ Annual General Meeting (AGMS) - organise council meetings by giving adequate notices and documentation including minute taking and advising on corporate governance matters. Security and confidentiality - maintain full security of member, student records, assignments and examination papers. , Human Resources Management - Ensure that the Institute is manned by qualified and experienced human capital. Maintain and interpret the Human Resources Manual and Policies. Ensure good Labour Relations climate, staff motivation and positive corporate culture. Develop a robust performance management system and staff development programmes. Maintenance of staff records. Qualification and Experience Required Degree in Administration, Social Sciences or Education Management Diploma in a Human Resources Discipline At least 3 years in an Administration position at managerial level Good Knowledge of Computer Packages. Strong Human Resources Management Skills.
