VACANCY : Core Network Engineer Short-listed candidate will be invited to attend interview on : 2nd week of March 2013 General information: Location: TM, Cyberjaya Position : Core Network Engineer Duration: Contract until August 2014 – Replace position for Khor TS Working hours: Normal Office Hour Estimated Start Date: By 3rd week of March 2014 REQUIREMENT Preference: Preferably Male, open race that must start work according to our plan. Job Responsibilities: -Involve in Telekom Malaysia Next Generation Network (NGN) project. - -Responsible on operation and maintenance job for NGN Access Network product. - - Perform monthly and weekly system health check on the product and prepare report to client. - -Provide solution on related product’s bugs and errors. - -Given training program to client to lead them on product knowledge. - -To analyse network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture. - -To meet client’s qualification on the related product to add-in or modify some features. - - Engage directly with product marketing team, project delivery team and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic technical solution to ensure customer satisfaction. - -Provide 24 hours on call on site issues troubleshooting. - -Supervise on new site installation progress with local subcontractor if need.
