VACANCY: DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CAPE ACCESS CENTRE: Langebaan e-Centre Cape Access Programme Remuneration: R3450 pm on a one year contract. Requirements: • Grade 12. • More than 6 months experience in an ICT e-centre or similar venue • Preference will be given to candidates residing in the area Competencies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Well-developed innovative problem solving and conflict resolution skills. • Well-developed analytical skills. • Sound organizing and planning skills • Proven management and leadership skills. • Sound interpersonal skills. • Sound Budgeting skills. • Computer proficiency & Training Skills. • ICDL knowledge will be an advantage. Key Performance Areas: • Conduct training programs at the e-centre • Facilitate ICT access and training at the e-centre. • Conduct extensive research on behalf of the e-forum and e-centre • Assist with administrative duties at the e-centre. • Responsible for marketing program of the e-centre • Assist with updating the website of the e-centre Directives to Candidates: Applicants must indicate clearly in a covering letter that they are applying for the position of Development Manager.
