Responsibilities: Plans, organize and carries out consultancy assignments alone, or leads a team of consultants. Initiates investigation and development of innovative methods of exploiting its assets, to the benefit of org and the community. Plans and directs strategic process improvement projects, ensuring smooth intergration of new business process with org structure and culture. Initiates and influence relationship with and btw key stakeholders in business change design, mgt and implementation. Takes full responsibility for the level of customer satisfaction, at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product and service.
