VACANCY We are looking for someone to assist us on an ad hoc basis in the shop, kitchen and on the bakery counter. The position will be to cover holidays throughout the year, occasional weekdays and the odd Saturday by mutual agreement. There will be no fixed working pattern with this role so the position would suit a very flexible individual who isn’t reliant on full or part time working hours. Availability is required from 7.00am until 2.30pm and the applicant should be over 18 years old. The ideal person should be highly organised, have excellent people and communication skills and be able to work accurately and safely under pressure. A love of food and cakes is essential as is previous experience working in a food retail environment. A Food Hygiene Certificate is required, however if this isn’t already held then training and qualification will be provided.
