Duties include operating a multi-line phone, maintaining call records, providing basic information about the organization and directing clients to the appropriate department. Duties & Responsibilities: • Handling the reception area • Providing guidance for visitors • Answering telephone calls, typing and printing • Handling telephone and email inquiries • Keeping updated files and filling of documents • Dispatching/distributing outgoing and incoming mail • Should be able to explain departmental policies and procedures to employees and public • Contact parents regarding student infractions • Respond to Students enquiries • Support admissions department when needed • Handle booking of meeting rooms • Handles Ticket bookings for all employees • Maintains attendance log sheet • Updates staff contacts as needed • Maintains company’s database Skills: • 1-2 Years of experience in a secretarial/receptionist post • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) • Extremely presentable • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with faculty and staff • High energy • Detailed oriented • Committed, Flexible, and Excellent phone manners & masters phone etiquette • Clear, loudly spoken • Written & spoken languages English, Arabic is a plus 2) Marketing & PR Assistant The Marketing and PR Assistant is involved in all aspects of the daily duties of the Marketing and PR Department, assisting and extending support to the department. He/She will be reporting to the Marketing and PR Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: • Assisting in the advertising and PR campaigns • Liaising and building relationships with suppliers • Assisting in the production of marketing materials and managing the stock of collaterals • Create website content, press releases, etc. • Assist in events planning and execution • Monitor press coverage and contribute to the production of media reports • Assist in web marketing • Assist in the production of the Internal Newsletter • Procurement of collaterals, etc • Administrative tasks (filing, data collection, presentation of market research and PR, updating LPOs and liaising with Finance to keep track of budgets) Skills: • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience • Familiarity with graphic design basics (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is a plus • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus • Initiative and creative • Excellent writing skills • Excellent time management skills • Good Microsoft Office skills • Excellent research skills • Confident, excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Detailed, organized and result oriented • No gender preference 3) Telesales Assistant / Executive To maximise the effectiveness of the Corporate Account managers by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
