VEGAN PASTA SALAD 8-oz. brown rice pasta shells cherry tomatoes, cut in halves 1 c. frozen peas (run warm water over them in strainer and drain) 1 small red onion, diced 2 Tbsp. garlic powder sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste Dressing 1/2 c. vegan mayo 1 Tbsp. mustard 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. dried parsley 1/2 Tbsp. dried dill Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, peas, onion, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper. Stir well. In a separate bowl combine dressing ingredients and whisk together. Pour dressing over pasta mix and combine well.
