VEGGIES STIR FRY *RECIPE* HERE: Some of you asked me for recipe of this... Why I said recipe is because Michelle (or myself) doesnt have one. Because she usually cooks variously by heart :) As for last night here they are: - 6 large Green Zucchinis - cut 1/4 in length then slice them into dices-like - 4 large Yellow Squash - cut 1/4 in length then slice them into dices-like ----------------------- - 1 (or so) Red Bell Pepper - slice all of them in both sides = dices-like (or approx 1 inch after slicing - up to u) - 1 (?) Eggplant - diced ----------------------- - Mushrooms (any kind but what we had were two kinds: White Mushroom & Bella Mushroom) - all sliced... - Baby Carrots - cut them 1/4 in length (approx 3 or 4 cups) - Full Cloves of Garlic & crush them out ----------------------- - Grape-Tomatoes - sliced in 1/4th (about 2 or 3 cups total but save it til last few minutes of the cooking) - Large White Sprouts - hold til last few minutes of the cooking along with tomatoes Since we cooked in larger size, we divided them into two skillet pans and a wok. Look at ---------------- & above meaning each represent pan/wok, know what I mean? As for 4th category (tomatoes & sprouts) being cooked for last few minutes right after all others already-cooked from two pans merging/combing them into a wok. AND a Steamed White Rice :) Hope this helps, everyone? :) You really can add any Veggies you want... even meat, poultry or even seafood in it. Having Veggies Meal is much healthier & cheaper, really - despite I am a meat person myself. I always will be! :) ENJOY :) P.S. Michelle Boren Hughes - Am I missing anything here? Help me! :) Melani Rogers Mike HughesLouella Boren
