All proceeds go to benefit Haiti Orphans through Don Shire Ministries Vendor Application Form/Regulations/Info: Judson Church is hosting its 3rd Craft & Vendor Show (First Spring Show!). We hope, with your help that this craft fair will be a wonderful experience for both vendors and customers. To participate in this Spring’s show, please review and complete this form as well as submitting payment via our website: judsonchurchjoliet Please note that we are only allowing one Direct Sales/Independent Consultant per company to be represented at this event. The first applicant to complete this form and submit payment will secure their spot. To check if we have a particular vendor, please visit our website for a listing or call the church office Monday thru Thursdays 9 am-2pm at 815-725-6835 Important Information: Date and Time: Saturday, March 29th 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Set Up and Breakdown: Set up will be on Saturday morning between 7 and 9 am. There is a possibility of having a Friday night set up if that is more convenient. Watch for more details. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE SET UP BY THE START TIME. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE YOUR BOOTH PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME! Please note: There will be NO REFUNDS if you cancel within 2 weeks of the event. Space Allocation: Vendors will be assigned spaces first come, first serve. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for all attendees. We reserve the right to decline any vendors that may have goods which would be considered offensive to the church. 8 ft. tables are available for rental for an additional $10. Tables are limited so please reserve in advance if needed. Electrical will be available for a limited number of vendors for an additional $5., please indicate on form so you will be placed correctly. Be sure to bring your own extension cords. If you have any special needs, please indicate on the application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
