VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Hi All, Ness here Yesterday Neil had a bit of a tumble off of his bike, the result of which is a fractured radial head (forearm, elbow end) I will be contacting the people who are booked in with him this week to have a personal chat with you all and to figure out our next step, but you guys will be the priority in regards to rebooking you and the following. So I need a bit of help and co-operation from some of you guys. I am shutting Neils books for the time being and wont be making any bookings after today. (The books may be shut all week, but we close on 20th Dec anyway, hopefully they will reopen on 5th Jan when we return) 1) IF I can ask, if anyone in January, booked in with Neil can volunteer to be put in the diary later in the year that would be immensely helpful. (He is fully booked up until June, if we can put you into June that would be amazing) 2) Failing that, I will be contacting ANYONE without a deposit down with their appointment to ask them to bring in a deposit. 3) Failing that, if I have tried to contact you three times and had no response, I will have to cancel your booking and remove you from the diary. This will make room for the unfortunate souls who are unable to get tattooed this week with Neil. I do hate to be like this, it isnt very fair I know, but it is the fairest way and Neil has a 6-7 month waiting list and I need to move at least a weeks worth of appointments (Thank Dog we close on Saturday!!!) This isnt an easy situation and I call on you all for a lot of understanding. If I can ask all of you to hold off on calling the studio until later, once I have spoken to Neil. If ANYONE wants to go over to Warrens diary or Adams diary that would also help a lot. Thank you, please share and pass the message on to anyone who may have a booking with Neil in Jan.
