VERY SPECIAL HOME NEEDED FOR LITTLE PIP - Pip is a 2 year old female Yorkie/Jack Russell cross. She came into our care a year ago with her mother Polly. Pip is a lovely little girl but is extremely timid and nervous and was terribly traumatised by whatever happened to her in her past life. She needs to find a very special home where there are no children, someone at home most of the time, a very secure garden and with someone who has either rescued a very traumatised/scared dog before or an experienced dog owner with plenty of time to work on her issues. She is not remotely aggressive - the reason she cant be rehomed with children is because she needs a quiet home without the chance that a child would open a door and accidentally let her out. She much prefers women and would suit a female living alone or a retired couple. She would be best in a home with another small dog for company; she loves other dogs and is very playful when shes relaxed in her environment. She takes a couple of days to gain her trust and to warm up to you but once she does she loves nothing better than to sit on your lap for cuddles. She doesnt like to go out walking as shes afraid of noise and doesnt like a lead or harness. Shes very content just to potter around the garden. She is hand shy and will still flinch if you reach down to her - she was definitely mistreated in the past, poor little girl. Her mother is even more traumatised so I can only imagine how these poor little dogs were treated before. Pip is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. If you could offer her a quiet, loving home please call or text 0879133923 to arrange to see her in her foster home. Please SHARE to help little Pip find her special forever home. Thanks
