VERY interesting info on Shakeology. So many people want to give it a try but have some reservations in doing so. Ive heard everything from its just another protein shake to its too expensive, when in fact, Shakeology is NOT protein shake and do you realize how many meals you get for the price? 30! Yes, you do have to pay upfront for the meals; however, I challenge you to add up how much you spend on 30 truly healthy meals that contain your daily dose of vitamins and minerals.
