VIA - Dermot Murphy From a friend...................................I also work in Abtran and have been sent to irish water for the last 3 days to process peoples application forms that have been sent back. If a customer sends back the form AFTER opening the pack, whether they have filled in their details or not, the forms are being processed with default settings. You asked for information for my country and this is my inputThe packs that have No consent,No contract are just put to one side,and are not dealt with.Do not take any notice of the Media saying 800,000 have been received,this is totally false.More like 120,000 to date The people that have returned packs are single parents, elderly, foreign nationals and people who have their own water supply. They are frightened. I know this because Ive read the letters that they have attached to the forms and the comments they have written at the top of the forms. Ive had to process forms that have no information filled in on them, with comments on the top saying this is not a contract and Im not paying. Do what you want with the information Ive given you but its the truth. If you do choose to pass this information on, for obvious reasons, please do not mention my name. Good luck with everything.
