Washington Federal Prosecutor is federally charging the Kettle Falls five for growing a relatively small number of plants, while these people are advertising an auction of 2,000 pounds of marijuana in the same Federal District. At the same time the Cole memo stated that they, the Feds, were not interested in medical patients, they were only going after people doing large scale production and distribution.
