VIA: Cecilia Watt COST SHIFITING / ELIMINATING, What workers comp insurance carriers and employers are doing to save money. Stop the maiming and battery of injured workers. Strategically, this is done to save the employer and the insurance carrier money. It has been going on for years. There are several strategic reasons, 1. Create the look of a condition and/or conditions so that the defense can litigate the workers comp claim and benefit from apportionment, thereby reducing or eliminating their monetary liability and medical obligations to the injured worker. 2. Cost shifting the injured worker into social services. Causing so much damage that they can no longer work or support themselves. Then the defense delays and/or denies studies and treatment, thereby shifting the injured worker into social services to seek treatment and social security benefits. Again, reducing or eliminating the employers and/or workers comp insurance carriers monetary liability and medical obligations. YES! It is a barbaric act of battery! I am one such injured worker. I was systematically maimed over and over again. Twice I was forced under anesthesia against my advance directives. During the 3rd epidural, I was brutally forced under anesthesia by the network Doctor. In short, he shoved the needle into my back and pressed it up against the nerve as I screamed for him to stop, he would not relent. I could not get off the table, I couldnt move for fear that the nerve would be severed or something worse. Causing pain by manipulating the nerves in someones body is a form of torture in some countries. I had no choice but to give into anesthesia. When I awakened from that, I could feel injuries throughout my back, and injections of some sort of chemical that over the coming months, burned and corroded the ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves in my body, primarily my back. I realized that they had been maiming me all along. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY INJURED WORKERS FOR DECADES. THIS COULD EASILY HAPPEN TO YOU. HELP US TO SPREAD AWARENESS OF THESE BARBARIC TACTICS. MANY OF US ARE TRYING TO GET TV SHOWS, NEWS CHANNELS, AND MORE TO SPREAD AWARENESS. IF WE CANNOT STOP THESE CRIMINALS FROM COST SHIFITING OR FALSIFYING MEDICAL REPORTS AND MORE, THEN PERHAPS WE CAN WARN THE PUBLIC, VOTERS, VALUABLE EMPLOYEES WHO MAY BECOME INJURED WORKERS.
