VICROADS UPDATE: Clyde Road Upgrade, Berwick High Street to Adams Lane BMD Constructions are ahead of schedule for constructing the central median along Clyde Road between High Street and Adams Lane. Due to this, traffic travelling south will alternate from the outermost lane to the innermost lane of the newly re-constructed carriageway between High Street and Adams Lane from Thursday 11 July until Thursday 1 August 2013, whilst BMD construct a new footpath, driveway and southbound lane. Included as part of these works is the closure of Adams Lane at the corner of Clyde Road. Motorists are advised to use Langmore Lane, Gloucester Avenue and Richardson Grove as an alternate to Adams Lane and are reminded to drive carefully, obey the speed limits and follow traffic management signs and instructions from traffic controllers while travelling through the construction area.
