VIDEO: Irish FA Health Conference - nutrition and dietary aspects within the sport. The Irish FA held a major conference at the Ulster University at Jordanstown which focused on healthy eating, nutrition and dietary aspects within the sport. Over 90 delegates attended the half day conference which brought together health experts from Ulster University, Manchester United and the Dairy Council of Northern Ireland.
