I am basically saying that it is practically impossible to win Boko Haram without the local big weight and civiians within the region. I concluded that Nigeria should tackle boko haram with the same religious zeal and fierce alacrity with which they tackled my home town Owerri in 1968. Why wont he settle down as an elder State man of 71 solid years and weigh into the matter and advice the military from his wealth of experience and gallantry in wiping out soldiers and civilians alike in Owerri.
