Bilateral radiolucencies were found in the mandibular body in relation to deciduous central incisor to second molars i.e. A to E . CASE NO-2 6 yrs Female had large osteolytic lesions in body of both mandible with extreme thinning of bony plates. Teeth were mobile. Curettage done and material submitted for pathology. CASE NO-3 45 yr male presented with small swelling on right upper arm x 8 months back. There was dark pigmentation over the swelling which was drained as an abscess. Wound did not heal and became a deep non-healing ulcer. Curettage of the ulcer done and tissue received in multiple pieces. CASE NO-4 Three month old child presented with A firm bluish mass on the right anterior maxilla. Size-2.5 x 2.5 X 2 cms. Gross-on cut the mass had myxoid appearance and a bluish hue. Cystic degeneration, necrosis and haemorrhage not present. CASE NO-5 30 yrs Male with constipation and occasional bouts of bleeding per rectum. On endoscopy polypoidal mass excised from the mucosa. CASE NO-6 35 year male presented with multiple painful ulcers in the mouth and over the lips for past 8 months not responding to treatment. Biopsy from ulcer in the buccal mucosa taken. CASE NO-7 65yrs Female noticed a small black spot on sole at the base of great toe for 2 years. Lesion gradually increased in size and bled off and on and gradually become irregular and exophytic. CASE NO-8 Eight year old male had a swelling in the right maxilla for two months. Past h/o- excision of a cyst 8 months back which was diagnosed as dentigerous cyst. CASE NO-9 10 year female child presented with large swelling of left mandible of 5 months duration gradually increasing in size. On FNAC – aspirate yielded blood only. CASE NO-10 13 years female child presented with erythematous swelling over gums. Biopsy taken. CASE NO-11 Thirty year old male presented with swelling of face and proliferating growth over gingiva for two months. Radiograph-multiple lytic lesions in the mandibular bone on left side. Reported as ? sunray appearance ? Punch out lesion. Work up for multiple myeloma negative. Fnac report-? Spindle cell carcinoma.
