VISA UPDATES FOR IRELAND Important notice posted by government listing of visa eligible courses The official government website listing courses in Ireland for which non-EEA students can currently obtain a study visa has posted an important notice that many courses will no longer be eligible after 1st January 2015. ICOS has previously given advice based on this change. IMPORTANT NOTICE: FOR THE ATTENTION OF LEARNERS Immigration reforms have been introduced by the Department of Justice and Equality which will impact on the programmes that a student can attend and receive a visa and associated work concession from 1 January 2015. As a result the Internationalization Register of programmes will be replaced by the Interim List of Eligible Programmes (ILEP) on 1 January 2015.
