VODAFONE – BEST INCOME MODEL: The tower signal for my mobile-broadband is not good. It is both slow and frequently disconnects. Many times called and reported to customer-care. Then a technician came and analyzed. Two days later I got a mail from Vodafone saying that since my place of use of is lying in the place out of their coverage of immediate improvement my problem will not be attended and resolved. Nice to have them spell out the idea. They are hereby seen to state categorically that yes they will not resolve it and all grieving people like me can get-out. The illogical and insane part of their reply is how they say an important commercial area like Chennai is not marked as the area of priority and improvement…? If not Chennai, else then what is the criteria for marking area of priority…? Is it the UN-inhabited barren lands of deserts or thinly populated unimportant areas of remote villages where mobile phone services are not required by the people? But the point to note here is these types of tactics enhance the income of the big companies like Vodafone. Though their actions look to be insane the income generated by the effect of it is so tremendous and humongous that it makes it proved thus highly sane. So business aspirants have a lesson here from this to be learnt.
