Heavenly Father, we greet You with holy expectation this morning as we raise our hands in worship seeking to be in Your presence. We praise You Lord for your sovereignty as we look to You for all provisions. We praise You Lord for preparing our paths through this day, for Your perfect Will and Timing in all things. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah we voice praises to our King of kings, our Lord of lords, our Alpha and Omega..our Beginning and End. We praise You, Who is called Faithful and True, the Word Made Flesh...our great I AM. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in His holy mountain. Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion on the sides of the north, the city of the Great King. Psalm 48:1-2 Gods timing is not mans timing...no matter how man puts a spin on it. Gods timing tests if obediently adhered to can be a mighty test of faith. It becomes a test of..do you trust God? Do you believe without question His written Word? Do you believe the promises He has given you personally? Do You believe He is always Faithful? Do you believe in this testing time...that His mercy and grace are sufficient to carry you through? Do you believe that God needs to know He can trust you..equally as much as you trust Him? Do you believe so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11?? It is best if one can settle in with peace when waiting for His timing. As it is always a fruitful time in the lessons He teaches, the Wisdom He imparts, a time of preparation in you to be positioned in receiving His timing. What many do not consider...is that you are most likely not equipped to receive what He has promised. So that you will be fruitful and successful, He must work within you. God has proven for thousands of years that His Will and His timing are perfect, and that they bear more fruit then man can possibly image. David tells us in Psalm 31, but as for me, I trust in You, O Lord; I say, You are my God, My times are in Your hand. v 14,15 David was faced with many heralding situations...but he always searched Gods Will and Timing. He was a mighty warrior successful in battle because he allowed God to lead, both in Will and Timing. In many of Davids Psalms, you can hear the desperation in his voice, you can hear the enemies threat, but David prayed...and he waited upon God. God never let David down, He delivered him victoriously..over and over again. Through this process David developed a deep and abiding trust in his God. And so can you. But you must be willing to commit yourself to the process. It demands that you burn your flesh at the altar daily....because it is a testing walk. But its a walk that you are capable of making...if you desire it. There are no short cuts. There are no easier or softer ways. You must walk through the wilderness. Though the fire. Through the thorns. Passed the firing squad. Right on passed the doubters, the naysayers, the gossipers, the unbelievers....you know, those who dont believe you are hearing from God. Just cast their tempting and empty words beneath your feet...they are not the god you are serving. The arm of flesh is never Gods way. Keep walking, keep believing, keep trusting, keep on keeping on...God is faithful! Persevere, strive, conquer...God has called us to be warriors of the faith...not wimpy quitters.
