VOICE star Will.i.am was given a dressing down by BBC bosses after swearing live on TV during Saturday’s semi-final show. While praising Cleo Higgins’s performance, he told her: “To have to go through the public and see things on iTunes — that s** — that stuff is really hard to swallow.” Realising he had slipped up, Will quickly added: “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, bleep it out — too late,” as Jessie J and Sir Tom Jones laughed nervously. And sources confirmed that Voice bosses — who are desperate for the show to keep its family-friendly reputation — were not impressed by the slip-up.
