VOLLEYBALL The Zone V championship which has attracted Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi and Uganda is going to be held in November, this year, from which the top three teams will qualify to the final round which will determine Africa’s representatives to the World Championships in Poland.Uganda is expected to compete with Kenya, Tanzania and Burundi in Pool ‘H’ of the sub-zonal tournament. The tournament will be held in Kampala this week. The Kenyan team is known as the defending champions in the women’s category.
