Will not able to produce season 2 of Fijis Dancing Superstar nether other talent programs and will not able to develop Arts and Culture. I know millions of dollars world organization is giving for the development of Arts and culture but we need a person like me with the vision to develop the industry and help small groups and individuals to uplift what they love and desire to do. Everyone knows that after season 1 of Fijis Dancing Superstar and learning mistakes and difficulties I went to India and collaborated with Terence Academy, Star India and other production companies to provide technical assistance, trainings and casting 40% of locals in Film production in Fiji. I was the first person that able to convince star India to assist the local industry which gives hope to our people. United States became richest country in the world by selling entertainment and if you give me the opportunity with my vision I will develop the industry and very soon will make Fiji proud. Create an equal environment for the youths and children to develop their talents, skills and abilities for moral transformation and future leadership. Create international exchange programs, provide grants and develop Arts and Culture. Make sure that every child and youth will be treated equally and I will be available 24/7 listen to your voice. Create talent base employment opportunities in Fiji and around the world for children and youth. Provide seasonal work- employment. Provide grants for self-employment in the fields of ARTS, CULTURE and TRADE. More emphasis on agriculture industry will be provided. Provide Technical and financial assistance to local film makers, producers and talented youths to uplift the film production industry and will amend the existing audio visual law to give better and equal opportunities to our people and raise 40% local employment in all international productions in Fiji as a condition of TAX REBATE. Open a national youth center where every youth will be treated equally and trained in the respective fields which they are interested and all the activities by youths will be supported. Provide career exposure and guidance for secondary school students on yearly basis in to Global Job market and predictions by specialists on employment opportunities in order to reduce the number of mismatch.
