VOTER REGISTRATION TRANSFERS - TRANSFER WINDOW OPEN Voters who have registered during the General voter registration (4-27 October 2013) and the first Supplementary voter registration (21 February – 02 March 2014) are notified that the transfer window is open. For one to make a transfer, they have to present themselves to the IEC office in charge of the constituency they wish to transfer to. Once the reasons for transfer are approved by the Principal Elections Officer (PEO), the voter will have to surrender the registration card and the PEO will issue a new registration card indicating the new Polling Station the voter has been transferred to. REMEMBER: Once Parliament is dissolved transfers will not be accepted.
