VOTING A 72 YEARS OLD MAN MEANS YOU EITHER WANT A DEAD PRESIDENT OR YOU UNDERESTIMATE THE WORK TO BE DONE....Fashola does not. Now we know for certain that Fashola really does not believe Buhari should be president. Despite what his party forces him to do, Fashola has stylishly told Nigerians what to look for ABOVE ALL ELSE....RELATIVE YOUTH. Fashola did not need to make the statement against old people as he did. Jimi Agbaje is 58 years old and Hilary Clinton, Merkel and many many world leaders are at that 50-60 age bracket. You see, I have told people about the rapid deterioration once you are 70. The Bible even promised 70 years (three scores and ten). Psalm 90:10 The years of our life are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty; yet their span is but toil and trouble; Yes like a fruit, human reach their full at 60. We become ripe. Like a fruit we keep that beautiful ripeness, if well preserved till 65. From thence, like a fruit, rotten patches begin to show. by 75 the patches are truly much. At 80, the fruit is almost not consumable. Point is from 70, the deterioration is fast...very fast. Knowing Nigeria, Buhari is well over 80 years old. (footballers, civil servants and military men sharply reduce their ages especially in those days when children started school pretty late). Now even if Buhari was 72 (impossible) the rigours of office, coupled with known diseases of old age...from osteoporosis, alzheimer, dementia, and almost every disease getting to be potential killers, even common cold to the old, VOTING BUHARI IS INDEFENSIBLE. It is calamitous. This man will surely....surely...okay...most likely go the way of Yar Adua. But even more dangerous than dying, is being demented or having alzheimer and the nation not knowing it. Also what is the point of punishing an old man with the office of president? Even managing our business is a tall ask, how much less putting the weight of Nigeria on the shoulders of a man who either this year or next will most likely have fall risk written on his hands? He fell in Calabar did he not? Ask any doctor like Olutoyosi Omotoso or Wilson Ovienria, old men are likely to fall. IT IS PART OF OLD AGE. Vote Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to avoid the case of a sick or dead president. we have gone that dead president route with Yar Adua. It nearly cost Nigeria. Let us allow Buhari to go back to Daura and think his atrocities in old age. Aso Rock is not a place to keep rocking chairs. Fashola says 58 is too old.
