VPD News Release | Man Unlawfully at Large Wanted Canada-Wide Have you seen 37-year-old Marcel Parent? Hes wanted for failing to return to his halfway house, a breach of his release conditions. Police believe he may be in the Nanaimo area on Vancouver Island. Parent is white, 6 tall, 190 lbs., with short brown hair, brown eyes and a goatee. He has tattoos of a scorpion on his neck, a spider web on his right forearm, an eagle and wolf on his left forearm and Aboriginal art on his right upper arm.
