KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Achieve company goals using agreed resources to access/develop the customer potential. Implement product marketing plan within the defined territory. Plan and organize events like MD symposia, CME. • Build professional relationships with to enhancing the partnership, and effectively communicate product / disease-based scientific information to provide the medical treatment options to the customers • Strengthen and maximize existing customers and further explore and assess business opportunities. • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to manager and marketing. • Receive manager direction & report on field activity INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS • District Manager: - Understand team goal/ discuss and define objectives - Work on territory action plan/ providing information of market to District Manager - Infield and Company report system: daily and monthly report - Assess performance/ appraisal quarterly/yearly • Physicians: doctors and pharmacist, retailers, local distributors/ agents • Other customers: Insurance, Managed-care, Patients, Doctors and Pharmacists’ Society - Promote and develop contacts, product and company image Working place: • Hồ Chí Minh • Đồng Nai/Bình Dương • Bà Rịa/Vũng Tàu • Khánh Hoà Yêu Cầu Công Việc - Nam/nữ, tốt nghiệp Bác sĩ/Dược sĩ/Trung cấp Dược. - Ứng viên Bác sĩ/Dược sĩ mới tốt nghiệp sẽ được đào tạo kỹ năng công việc. - Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành sản phụ khoa hoặc các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các công ty đa quốc gia.
